Return Process

  Log into your GIVA account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

  Prepare Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unworn, original condition.

  Schedule Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 24-48 hours to collect the return parcel.

  Receive Refund

  After a quality check at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
